Deposits will be charged to your credit card upon booking,

1 Night's Deposit for stays 1-5 nights

2 Nights' Deposit for stays of 6 nights or more ( includes weekly)


Balance due upon arrival

CANCELLATION POLICY





We are a small property, with a short season. We therefore turn down many calls for the room we have reserved for you, which is why we have the following cancellation policy:


Cancelling more than 14 days before your stay begins: Your deposit will be refunded, minus a $25 Cancellation Fee.


Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to your stay will forfeit the full deposit.


There are no refunds on early departures or delayed arrivals.



Short stay fee





We're a small business, and we work hard to make sure that your room is clean, well-stocked, and ready for your stay! Because of this, we add a $75 fee to all one-night stays, to account for the additional cleaning and amenities.



PETS POLICY





We love having furry friends stay with us, and your pets are more than welcome to join you!


Pets are welcome in Cottages 2 & 3, the Hillside Cabin, and Cabin 5. You must notify us ahead of time if you intend to bring a pet.


A non-refundable fee will be added to your final bill. For 2-3 night stays, the pet fee is $75 per animal. For longer stays, the pet fee is $125 per animal.


Dogs are not to be left unattended in any cabin, and must be leashed or carried at all times when outside. Owners are required to clean up after their pets' waste, and dispose of it properly in the appropriate trash receptacle.


Any chewed, clawed, or scratched doors, woodwork, furniture, walls, or carpets repair or replacement will be repaired at owner's expense.



SMOKING POLICY





There is no smoking of any kind inside any room, cottage, or cabin.


Smoking is allowed on the second-floor public and private decks, the private porches attached to cottages and cabins, and around the firepit.


We ask that everyone be respectful of neighbors and other guests regarding smell and smoke.


A fee of $150 will be charged automatically if any evidence is found of smoking in any non-designated areas.
